Marketing and Communications Manager

As the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, Leigh Riggs brings a strong background in media production, digital communication, and community engagement. A proud graduate of Central Texas College, Leigh has spent a decade crafting compelling content and building connections throughout Central Texas.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Leigh served as a Producer Director at KNCT-TV, the region’s PBS affiliate, where she helped tell local stories through high-quality programming. She later transitioned to Central Texas College, working for seven years as a Digital Video Specialist, where she led video production efforts to support the college’s educational mission and outreach initiatives.

Originally from San Saba, Texas, Leigh also gained hands-on experience as a freelance videographer and editor, creating multimedia content for The Father's House—the church she grew up in—helping to share its message with a broader audience through video and digital platforms.

Her passion for storytelling and community development continues to drive her work at the Chamber, where she aims to enhance visibility for local businesses, promote economic growth, and strengthen connections throughout the region.
